So disappointed in the new fajitas recipe. We've been going here for many years for the fajitas. The new recipe is terrible. The server said that they run them through a hot oven instead of grilling. Mine looked like it had been microwaved. The chicken was not at all brown and the onions and peppers were barely cooked, To top it off, the new sauce is yucky. The tortillas were dry and crumbly -- they use a hot press instead of the old microwave technique. On the plus side, the service is still usually good.

My boyfriend and I had a late dinner at this Chili's location after checking in at a hotel down the street. We needed something quick, and this definitely hit the spot. It's a Chili's, so the food is pretty standard. It was served quickly, as were our drinks. The only downside was that despite the fact we were the only table eating food, our waiter didn't really pay much attention to us as he was focused on the baseball game playing at the bar. When he *would* come up to us, he was frazzled and unfocused, probably because his mind was still on the game. Decent fast-food, mediocre service.

Yup, this is the one right next to the KOP mall. It has been there forever. The bad news is you may be able to see it but getting to it is another matter. Depending upon which direction you are coming from actually entering the parking lot is a nightmare! If by chance you get to enter, parking itself is a problem. It is a nasty, nasty lot. Getting out is just as bad. Now for the good news. Of course it's the usual Chili's menu but the management is excellent here. The staff is great along with the service. Your typical Chili's food will be served fast and hot. Adult libations are super. For those in the know eating in the mall can be a serious problem. Two hour waits at The Cheese Cake Factory are common. That was true when we visited at 5:00 pm this Saturday. The wait at California Pizza Kitchen was 1 and 1/2 hours. At Chili's we were seated immediately. We may have to suffer the parking but at least we can eat!

Chili's Grill & Bar is one chain I can stomach, though I've never been able to put my finger firmly on exactly why. Maybe it's because my food is always decent? Maybe it's because the floor staff are friendly and fast? Maybe it's their take out service? I've been to this Chili's a few times with small and large groups, and never had any issues. It looks like any other Chili's, so no surprises there. If you're in the neighborhood and like Chili's, find this one on the corner of 202 and Gulph Road - it's not the easiest place to get to if you're unfamiliar with the area, so be warned.

Ok...I wouldn't usually consider writing a review for a chain restaurant...but this particular Chili's is actually fantastic. Maybe it is because I am traveling for work....and last night I had the worst food I think I have ever paid for accross the street: who knows. At any rate, if you ever accidentally find yourself at Valley Forge, and don't want to end up like George's Revolutionary Army (they had a bad lay over here...look it up), go to this particular Chili's. They do a great job! Our waiter Jalil W. was great...he was especially fantastic. I am guessing he will be in Med school soon, or at MIT. Hopefully he gets employee of the year for dealing with the A-holes who were sitting behind me.

Atmosphere: This is a pretty nice chilis location. They just redid it a few years ago so it's a lot nicer than the old one that was there before. However there's just always a dirty/sticky feel at any chilis I've ever been to which I was surprised was at this one considering the building is only a few years old now. Food: The food was ok. The appetizers are probably the best thing on the menu. The southwestern egg rolls have always been my absolute favorite! They also serve pretty good burgers. Complaint: Something that did bug me is that while I was there they were playing the show "Hannibal" on one of the big TVs. Hannibal. The disgusting gory show where the guy eats human flesh. Needless to say we asked them to change the channel (much to the workers' dismay) but my appetite had already pretty much been lost by then.

First time I've been to chili's in a while. Went here for my buddies birthday. Seated right away, the place has been renovated since the last time I was there and is really spaced out so you're not too close to anyone else. Our waitress Jess was very enthusiastic and friendly. Let us know about half price apps until 9 and recommended the watermelon margaritas. They were really sweet and tasted awesome, even had summer shandy on tap. Appetizers were very flavorful. Fried pickles, not as good as hooters but crispy and a good ranch sauce to accompany it. Southwestern egg rolls were my fav, they were flavorful and spicy with a good mix of chicken, beans and spices. boneless buffalo chicken wings were standard and pretty good. For entrees we all did the "top shelf tacos" and I really enjoyed my spicy shrimp ones. Beans and rice were really a good accompaniment to accent the flavor. The tacos were very spicy, but the shrimp were perfectly spiced, the cabbage was soft. Perfect meal in my opinion!! Friends weren't as pleased but hey they should write their own review

Bad food and service. I've been going to this location for many years and over the last 18 months the food has been horrible. The steak is always over cooked and not seasoned correctly. The mashed potatoes are hit or miss, but most of the time miss. The last time I ordered take out, the food was basically inedible. The steak was way over done and the potatoes had some funky seasoning that was horrible. I didn't bother calling and complaining because I have before and the manager just makes excuses and nothing changes. The staff have been rude to me several times while dining in and taking out. I won't be back. There are many better options in king of Prussia for this type of food. I recommend going to one of those establishments.

I had an issue with my tostada and the manager came over who was very nice, but told me that this was a new recipe and made excuses. It was on inedible with a spice. That seemed I be dumped not sprinkled. He should have given us a treat or desert or something to make up for it. I want to like chillis because they have made some great improvements but this was a definite set back. (I was here because my brothers wanted to catch a quick cheep lunch)

Bad reception, I stood there at reception area for 25 mins. To be attended. There was a girl at reception who was talking on phone and attending a guest at same time and she didn't even say hello to us leave apart the rest. I walked out with my family and will never come back.

This place looks great! They recently renovated and changed the menu. Went in for lunch the other day and was very pleased. I usually go for the lunch portion of chicken fajitas but tried a pick two combo of chicken tostada and chicken/sour cream enchilada. Both delicious! Yeah, the parking lot is awful and getting in and out of here can be tricky but I know what to expect so my review is on food only.

I was anxious to try authentic Chilean cuisine, but very surprised to discover how similar it is to traditional American fare. Regardless, I didn't want to seem uncultured, and so I ordered a bowl of enchilada soup. It was so good that I'm considering a vacation to South America next year!

The new building has improved the looks. But it's the same old, same old with this place. Food is ok. It's a Chili's. The servers seem very preoccupied with the events on the multiple TV's. Overall it's decent.

Our goto family night dinner. We liked this Chili's even before they remodeled. Now it is a smaller restaurant, but more open. My children love the kids meals especially the corn-on-the-cob which you can get with the mac and cheese. I usually go for the chicken fajitas. The way chili's cooks them on the skillet give them and great flavor that you can't get at home. They also have good margaritas. In all, you get a good meal that doesn't cost too much (especially if you use one of their emailed coupons) and a happy family. It does get crowded on Friday and Saturday nights so call ahead.

We were seated promptly. Although them wiping the table off first would have been nice. I requested water with lemon the side and my lemons were brought to me on a cup lid. We went to chilli's mostly because of an email about a new club that you earn points redeemable for free items & got a free dessert for enrolling. To redeem points & get free item code you have to log-in at the kiosk at the table. We couldn't log-in & our server wasn't able & didn't seem at all interested in assisting. I ordered the mango-chilli tilapia. My tilapia was very undercooked and smelled as well as tasted like it expired a few days earlier. When our server finally came close enough to our table to get his attention he did apologize and offer me a replacement. The manager never came to apologize for the food. The floors were slippery in some spots & sticky in others. The bathrooms could have used some attention. My date said the men's room had urine all over the floor. The women's bathroom waste can was over flowing into the floor & was not very clean overall. After we paid the check we had to get a box from the bartender.

Kelly was out server today and she was wonderful. We ordered guacamole and she prepared it in front of us.my mom got a pineapple blueberry margarita and she loved it. I had steak and shrimp fajitas and she had half a rack of ribs. She got refills as soon as I finished my drink. We did have to wait along time to be sat tho. The bartender had to seat us since there was no one else around.

Haven't been to a Chili's in years. Stopped in late last night and really enjoyed our meal. The food was better was than normal for a chain restaurant and we had exceptional service. The only issue was no one was at the reception desk when we arrived another party was already waiting.

We still like this place ... a lot. What does that tell you about the place? About us? Never mind. Main point is: Save some room for that toffee / brownie / ice cream thing at the end of your tasty, very reasonably priced meal. It's that good. On the analytic side, I'm going to say that this Chili's must have some pretty good management because it runs well ... the servers seems uniformly competent.

Food was ok. I have been to other Chilis with better presentation. Service was lousy. Drinks went un-refilled. Appetizers were forgotten and never brought out. It was a Saturday night and it was busy, I can be patient with that. But even after we waited and asked again at the end of our meal about the appetizers..there was no explanation. When we would ask for something we got a 'blank stare'. Should have went to the Tilted Kilt across the street...

Was there Saturday Night. Busy as expected. Server a bit overwhelmed but did ok. Ordered nachos, not as great as expected and very small portions. Main meal came out after a long wait...had to ask for proper sauces as they were not given first time...over all not great not horrible just ok.

My rating is strictly based on the service and the service I received tonight was amazing. Mistakes happen and I appreciate that they were accommodating and attentive. I'm never one to complain but I appreciate feeling as if the staff here care about their customers' experience..the food was okay and the drinks were not strong but the staff is awesome

They completely leveled the old building and built a new one, and I have to say that it's really nice inside. The old building was 20+ years old and they wanted to give it a new fresh look, so hence the complete rebuild. The place is a bit smaller and they gave it a more upscale look while still making it a casual restaurant. It's very open with the bar pretty much in the middle of the restaurant. We were here for lunch and it wasn't very crowded, so noise level was fine. Not quite sure what it would be like if the place was packed. The parking situation is now also somewhat improved. As for the food, it's pretty much still the same, which we find to be decent food with good size portions and reasonable prices. The place now offers free WiFi and call-ahead seating is still available.

Not bad but not good either. Food was what you would get at most chain restaurants like this. We got the nachos as an appetizer and I expected a plate full of chips and cheese what we got was a plate with maybe 8 chips sandwiched together with cheese and meat it wasn't bad just not what I thought when we ordered nachos plate. The meal itself was ok I had a burger and while I've had better I also had worse. Service was a tad slow for a Sunday lunch but maybe they were short staffed. Bottom line is if you're going to the mall and don't want to eat at the food court this isn't a bad option but I wouldn't go out of my way to go back.

Had a gift card and was in the area on business. The bartender was very hospitable and welcoming. She advised me of the daily special which was a triple fajita (chicken, steak, and shrimp) for $11 dollars plus a side of rice and beans for 99 cents. Also a margarita was priced nicely at $3 bucks. Maryann was the bartender's name since I heard a fellow townie call her that. She seems to be very customer focused and likes to make sure everyone is aware of the offerings that this Chili's has. She is an excellent staff member. I hope someone at corporate sees this to provide her with the recognition and feedback. By the way, the fajitas were an excellent choice! I can't click on all 5 stars but this is definitely a 5 star place to visit.

Came here with my buddies for my birthday the other evening. Service was absolutely terrrribleeee our entire time there. Server spilled drinks everywhere, forgotten orders, ignored birthday protocols (song+dessert)... His name was David by the way. I hope he was new because he was just messing up the whole time. Was not rude or anything but he did not exemplify a decent server at all. Also, when a friend requested my bday song thing the servers asked what kind of dessert I wanted- they did not mention a charge for it at all and we were surprised for at bill they slapped at us for it. Drinks: the Coronarita (margarita w/ a corona sticking out of it) was fun and decent. A little light on the tequila though. Server David spilled quite a bit on the table and my lap. Also, there was a fly in my second drink. Later went to the bar for some top shelf $9 patron shots, chilled - and bartender spilled one of them. Again drink and politeness was on point however, service execution supremely poor. Food was decent. I had the 2 person dinner for $20 with a friend. I got the 6oz steak which was good but I thought it was going to come with broccoli& plain mashed potatoes and gravy. Instead it came with sauteed apples and loaded mashed potatoes which has cheese on it and I'm lactose intolerant. None of this was communicated to me at the time of ordering. Overall time there was terrrribleeee. Good thing I had good company at least so my birthday wasn't ruined!

Yikes, the parking is really bad here. Depending on what side of 202 you are coming from, you are really going to have to pray/think good thoughts/whatever that you will find a spot and/or not get hit by other mall going folk. As far as food and drink goes - it's alright, it's a chain restaurant. Service is decent, too. Definitely not on the top of my list as far as places to eat, but it's not terrible either.

Chili's was cool a decade ago. It's become what Ruby Tuesday's once was. I say that mostly because the beer selection here is poop, worse than Ruby Tuesday's. Slightly better than a bad bowling alley bowling alley bar. All that being said, it was hoppin on Thursday night. We sat at the bar, and it looked like there were open tables. The food, tho, was VERY good and affordable. The service was friendly, but not very speedy. Food delivery was quick, tho, so they cooks had the kitchen on lockdown. I typically try to avoid chain restaurants (aside from a few staples), but if I'm on a budget and trying to avoid spending $40 on a meal with drinks and tip, Ruby's...I mean Chili's is the place I'll go.

The hostess seated us at a dirty table, and that pretty much set the tone for the night. If you're a hostess...you've got one job. How hard is it to look at the table before you offer the seats?? The food was your typical bar food fare. Tasted good, but half of it was served at room temperature. Especially sad that a tex-mex joint serves guacamole out of a jar. I'm giving it 2 starts, only because the server was pretty good - pleasant and pretty speedy.

Chili's in KOP is usually an easy, quick choice for us because we live about 5 minutes away. With predictable food, it's a safe choice. Service is almost always subpar, but just close enough that we haven't stopped going. We always wait WAY too long to even be acknowledged once seated, but things tend to get a little better after that. We'll go back, of course, because the food, while not great, is consistently pretty good.

I am not the biggest fan of Mexican or Tex-Mex, but there is one thing that saves Chili's from 2 stardom...the bacon. I usually order the southern smokehouse bacon big mouth burger, which besides being a mouthful to say, has smoked cheddar cheese, crispy onion strings, mayo, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickle and ancho-chile BBQ sauce AND the bacon. The bacon is very thick cut brown sugar & chile-rubbed making it oh so sweet and spicy. Very few things in the world get me as excited as bacon does, and this bacon is spectacular. If Chili's was a bacon store with nothing else for sale, I would give them 5 stars. As it is, they offer plenty more that isn't spectacular, and the wait staff can be slow (though I am impressed with their memorization skills).

This place has good fast service. The menu has many great selections to choose from. I've been here many times with large groups during lunch hour and had a positive experience. This place is great for a low key get together when you feel like having a good time without spending alot of money.

as good as any chain food can get. i frequent the bar to kill time waiting for traffic to die down, which is the only reason i go often. the reason i love this place is because of the awesome bar staff. the bartenders there and super friendly and nice. not overly attentive to the point where its annoying, just the perfect amount!

Usually, I cannot, in good conscience, give any chain restaurant more than one star but it is one chain that has everything: 1.Overall good service 2.Friendly and attentive waitress 3.Clean 4.Relatively quiet 5.Consistency of food - every time I go to a Chili's they cook and prepare the food the same. 6. Yummy drinks (yes, the alcoholic kind) I think maybe it got more than one star because I was there on one of the off peak times but hey it worked for me that day!

YUM! My husband and I love Chili's! For someone who doesn't really like serious Mexican food, it's perfect. It's not too spicy or too "scary" to veer off from a typical diet of American-style chain restaurants. I had the Caribbean salad with grilled chicken yesterday and it was mouth-watering. YUM YUM YUM!

As Madonna said of her own concert performance, captured in the brilliant/ridiculous "Truth or Dare," "Truly one of the all-time worst!" You're probably wondering what made me go into a Chili's in the first place, but I was spending along weekend humoring my parents and at the time it seemed easier to go along with it. First, unless you're intimately familiar with the whole PA Turnpike meets Route 202 and connects to Route 76 on top of DeKalb Pike interchange, it's likely you'll never even get to the parking lot. At this intersection, just because you can see it doesn't mean you can achieve it. Slow service, mediocre food, uncomfortable seats, slow service, loud bar patrons. Really slow service, and except for the bar, the place was empty. And lots of iceberg lettuce and fried beige things -- really, what is this place? And then my parents got into a big fight, and while that was arguably not Chili's fault, the slow service may have been a trigger. So while it seemed easier at the time to humor them, since they were in a fighting mood anyway, why not go to a decent restaurant?

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Service was slow. Food was cold. Not my ideal mexican restaurant. The bartender Mary Ann was superb. I will come back again.

Online ordering has never worked. Sad. Take out staff was very friendly. I had the honey chicken crispers. Real good. Ques expl salad good. Boneless hot wings OK at best. Dine in might be better...

We'll go back, of course, because the food, while not great, is consistently pretty good.

even after the fancy rennovation, food still sucks!
